Smartphone only worked for 4 months

Refuse me credit PEP Hibiscus.Mail On the 3 October 2025 I went to PEP in Hibiscus Mail Margate Kwazulu Natal and retrun my cellphone Hiscene E71 that.was.still umder warrenty becuase the phoned doesnot swicth on . I was told I must pay for all the damages of the phone and refuse me credit . This was so unacceple the man was very aggressive towards me . I want credit on my phone of R1300 so I can buy a other phone . Not my fault they gave me a fuality phone .
