Skinny leg 42 inch Hisense TV fell over

I bought a TV a Hisense 42 inch TV at Jet store Tsakane Mall a few weeks ago. However the legs of the TV did not accommodate the TV size, the TV was unstable. I didn't mind the skinny legs that much because I planned on buying a TV mount at the end of the month but to my horror the TV fell over in the middle of the night (the fact that it was at night even rule out any wind or anything that could have triggered the fall). <br> If it was not for the poorly thought out legs of Hisense I would still have a clear screen TV. I paid the full amount of the TV and re**** on Hisense as a brand. Never in my life have I heard of plasmas falling over. <br> I went to Jet and was given the Hisense contact number. So I contacted hisense but they are giving me stories about the fact that I might pay for the repair this is very very unfair. I want hisense to come out to my house, inspect the legs....I want my money back or I want my TV replaced in the stable order it should have been. Hisense need to take responsibility, it should not have been sold to me in the first place. This is consumer abuse. I really didn't think that I'd have an issue like this. This to me feels like ****************.
