Shocking service

My 17 month old 65 inch Hisense TV failed on 16th April 2026. I reported it to Hisense immediately, as still under warranty, and a technician was sent to collect it on 22nd April 2026 (6 days, not bad?). I received an SMS text message on 24th April stating "Completed repair" and it was delivered on 1st May 2026 (7 days later, not that good), BUT the issue is is that it was NOT repaired and was instead declared as irreparable. I was then informed by the technician that I had to make contact, again (in other words up to me, with the supplier and / or Hisense to request further update as to what would happen next. I then contacted both the supplier and Hisense immediately (1st May 2026) requesting a response as to what the next steps would be, to which I got an immediate response acknowledging receipt of my request and given a ticket reference number. By the 5th May 2026 when I had still received no further response I queried the status of my request, and, to date 8th May 2026) I have still had NO further reply. Shocking service!
