Shocking experience. Your sub contractors Prince Appliances destroyed our machine beyond repair. Constantly providing incorrect feedback. I hope Hisense value and look after their employees Veronica in Service Department and Keyde in Spares department as without the two of them I would still be battling to get honest feedback. Thank you those 2 wonderful ladies who stuck to our case until resolved.
