shocking customer care
My fridge from Hisense is five years old and Hisense are not prepared to sort out the problems. They tell you to call their technicians (which I did and paid for).
The technician said that the Hinges are not strong and the door drops and Hisense are aware of this problem. I am petrified that the door will fall off and hurt someone.
The technician obviously is scared of Hisense as he called me to say why did I tell them that, as he will get into trouble.
I don't want him to get into trouble or loose work, but Hisense needs to sort me out.
They have a shocking customer care relationship.
still waiting for them.

Hisense refused to send a technician as it is out of warranty. Instead we were told to call one of your "independant technicians".
I asked for names and numbers and was given a few.
I called all the numbers I was given and they all charge a call out fee. There was no choice as Hisense were doing nothing about this, so I let the technician who was available that day, come and see.
I paid him and he reported that the hinges were a problem and door can fall off including all the other things that I have posted here on Hello Peter.
I called Hisense and tole them what he had said, and obviously Hisense were upset with him.
He called me back and asked why I reported him and now he is going to lose work.
He did say all the things about the fridge and I have two people who were in my house that heard what he said.
However I also believe that it is wrong of Hisense to punish him for being honest.
In any event after many more calls, and eventually speaking to TK the manager of the call centre, I have still NOT been sorted.
The door only opens half way and I am petrified that it's going to fall off and hurt someone.
It looks like we will have to take Hisense to Court, as they have not been amenable to any amicable arrangement.
I have often bought their products before, but they have not been helpful at all.
This is a latent defect and the fridge is not old.
Surely a company that valued it's product and clientele would be more helpful!
