Service. What Service !

I bought a 43" Hisense UHD TV in 2017 and since then the TV has had serious issues 3 times, with the latest issue being not working at all. To make matters worse, I have sent 3 emails (from 7 Sept) to Hisense spares dept, requesting availability and price of a main board, and I am STILL waiting for a response. No more Hisense products in my future.
