**** service, **** product and staff that **** at your house

They're a bunch of ********!!! Don't ever buy a hisense fridge. New fridge freezer combo. Fridge not working but freezer is. Reported fault before christmas but technicians came two days ago, just looked at the fridge for 2 minutes, the one asked to use the bathroom and did a number 2!!!!!! Then they left. No word back from them and today the freezer started giving problems too. Did extensive shopping over christmas period and all our food went off including meats!! But don't worry, the technicians will "come look at what the problem is" just to come **** in your toilet instead of doing their job!!
