Service not met

I bought a washing machine top loader in July and it started to give me problems in December... Been trying to get them to fix it but to avail... Their technicians are just unprofessional and don't know what they are doing... I can't even send the machine to the store I bought it from... I according to them it's my fault... Where else their tech couldn't locate the problem first time...telling me if I keep complaining my warranty will be cancelled.... I will never use hisense products ever again.
