**** Service

Lats month I bought their 75inch 4k TV. The sound Quality is not great even after connecting my my soundbar via a Arc Option. I tried getting help from their "Online" Support and what a bunch of **** response did I get. Just a screenshot of the manual. People reconsider buying this **** with such poor customer service. Unreal. I should have gone with my gutt and purchased a Samsung. I think I should just return it and rather choose a Samsung
