I bought a Hisense Machine Top loader that is not working properly. Took it with the retailer(Makro Carnival). On the 12-08-2022 reported the matter with the supplier, where I was told that their technician will contact me. No one contacted me took the machine to the retailer on the 19-08-2022.Where i expirienced a bad customer service, with their customer service consultant(Sandisiwe) The store took the matter with the Sales Rep Bongani who said the issue was not reported he also did not help me. Cause I'm the one who must be kept waiting and understand their incompetence. Sad Customer!!!
