RUSTING DISHWASHER RACKS!

For a machine that is relatively new, the racks are literally crumbling apart in the dishwasher! I went to Makro (where I bought the machine) to complain about this with no assistance from them. The only answer I got from the in-house Hisense rep was that this is a known factory fault and there is nothing they can do to assist! I'm sure that it's not safe to consume rust! I am becoming worried and do not have any purpose for this machine anymore as the racks are sold for R2200+ and they're never in stock! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY TO SAY THE LEAST! A recall/replacement on these racks is the only appropriate response! SHAME ON YOU HISENSE! This is apparently a known issue and you're doing absolutely nothing about this!
