Rusting Hisense Dishwasher Racks

Our Hisense dishwasher is about 2 and a half years old. The racks inside have been rusting badly for about a year now which is a huge health problem and the rust marks my cups, bowls and plates. I have reported it to Hirsch’s and they said I have to buy the racks (R2500) because they ‘not part of the machine’ so not under warranty. How can something that is needed for the machine to function not be part of the machine??? I looked at other reviews and I’m not the only one with this problem so this is a fault with the manufacture. The model is H13DESS Hisense 13 PL SS Dishwasher. Please email me with a solution. This is unacceptable.
