Rusting Dishwasher trays

HiSense. Hi Sense Bought a disher washer unit in 2019. Machine works fine and does it's job. However the Powder coated dishwasher trays have been a big disappointment. 3 years ago we noticed that the Powder Coating had started to Crack and this had allow water ingress in the steel frame and this had started to rust badly. After reaching out to HI Sense we were told . Predictably but of warrantee and that they did not have stock ... the replacement cost was more than R4000 for a set. I waited.for them to come back and now 3 years later the trays have failed completely . On doing some research amongst other owners of Dishwashers it became.apparent that we have a factory fault in the manufacture of our trays

What is noticeable on some elements of the trays is that the powder coating has lasted and look perfect. However the major part of the trays have disintegrated and are now useless. The powder coating that breaks off jams the filters ..

I really don't want to throw away a good machine . But looking for suggestions on how to get HI Sense to become motivated to try and resolve.this issue .
