Rusting dishwasher racks and poor service

Hisense dishwasher racks rusted within 2 years (poor quality). Since December 2024, I have been trying to purchase new racks from Hisense and to date I have not received quotation. If the call centre consultants don’t drop my calls, I’m told someone will call me back. I’m frustrated with their poor service.
