RUSTING DISHWASHER RACKS !!!!!

Hisense dishwasher will rust and apparently I have to purchase a new rack because rusting appliance with in 2 year warranty isn't covered... so warning they will expect you to keep purchasing components (R2100 for both racks) for their faulty and inferior manufactured products but its a health hazard with rust !!!!! The only response I get from anyone at Hisense is that it's not covered by the warranty. This is a factory fault every single joint on the rack is rusting, logically this is a quality issue or is that just a normal with all dishwashers that they are meant to rust? Ticket: ***
