Rusted Dishwasher Racks

I have had a terrible experience with the Hisense dishwasher I bought over a year ago. The racks in the dishwasher have rusted so much that I can't use them anymore, which basically makes the whole machine useless. What's really disappointing is that the warranty doesn't cover the racks, so I'm stuck with a big problem and no help from the warranty.

Because of the rusted racks, I haven't been able to use the dishwasher for months now. I tried to find replacement racks, but they cost almost as much as buying a whole new dishwasher. This is really unfair and doesn't make sense.

It was so hard to find a supplier that had the racks in stock, and then I had to wait for months and deal with the high costs. It's been really frustrating.

After this experience, I am definitely not going to buy Hisense products again. I hope my feedback can help improve things for other consumers and make companies more responsible.
