RUSTED DISHWASHER RACKS

I purchased a hisense dishwasher in July 2022. My dishwasher racks are completely rusted, almost not usable anymore as some "pins" are broken off due to the severe rust. I tried to log a warranty claim since last year but I was told that the racks are only covered under warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. Now I'm being quoted almost R2000 each and I need to replace both. Totally unacceptable. I'm telling everyone about my experience and the inferior products of Hisense and that they are not willing to assist. Oh and the best part is that the service consultant told me I'm using the incorrect cleaning products, which, might I add is finish. The dishwasher came with finish sample products and a finish sticker on the inside of the door (which is still on the door to this day) but according to the consultant, finish are not to be used with Hisense products...what utter nonsense. A friend of mine has an AEG dishwasher for about 10 years and not 1 rust mark. I will never purchase Hisense products again!!
