Rust on drawers and not honoring and service due to manufacturing
Please stay away from their dishwashers .My bottom drawers are rusting after 14 months and they refused to honor the 5 year warranty.
It was a manufacturing fault as the top drawers are perfect and they want me to buy new ones and said it's only got a 6 month warranty.I had a LG for 10 years and it never looked like that.
Rather spend extra and get a good quality item and not something that will last 14 months.
Disgusting service and cheap *******

I have been reading similar reports of the trays rusting and ses the.individuals on hello Peter were accommodated or the trays were replaced resolved .
They just baltenlty told.me to buy a bottom tray at 1000 rand .
Now my top team has rusted after 2.5 years and collapsed due to rust.Surely this isn't a issuenwith consumers and if then other consumers were helped and.if trays were replaced,why wasn't a service call.logged foryself and logged for other consumers,it seems.like they are discriminating against.or my race ?
