Rude customer service

I have a problem with regards to my hisense uhd TV I called the call centre yesterday a service agent by name of thulie answered she was extremely rude when I asked to speak to her Manger she refused after much trouble she then made me hold for over 10 mins, I cut the call and called back she answered again but this time she refused to help me. I hope hisense managers play the recording to hear what type of service agents they have. As for my TV I will be returning it I will never ever buy hisense again.
