Ruben and Marcus wonderful service

I wish to extent my most grateful and humble thank you to Marus and Ruben.

Ruben answered my call yesterday and assist me in the most wonderful and cheerful manner and my interaction with him was just the most pleasant ever. I wish to nominate him for some type of reward that you might present at your company as he is truly and amazing person and truly understand what customer service is in South Africa. I was truly bless yesterday and learned that in all cases my box is my guarantee.

He saw that my sound bar was installed properly and educated me at the same time.

Marus (hope I have his name right) was the Technician that came out to assist us with the Optical Cable as he did a great job my son is most impress with the way he handle everything and educated him at the same time on how it works.

Once again I feel truly blessed on how the situation was handle Thank you very much.
