********** and ruined my financial state

This people are full of nonsense and they rip people off. I bought a 16kg top loader automatic washing machine in 2018 at OK furniture store, and I was promised 3 years warranty. Before even 12 months the machine started giving me problems, I reported this at the shop and a technician was sent he got there and said the machine was due to negligence because rats ate the wires and after that he demanded 450 for call out fee. Which is something they never mentioned at the shop when I bought the machine. To make things worse I received a message a few days after saying my query was resolved from hisense, when I called to find out what they meant about this they said it is closed because it was my fault that the rats ate the wires, so some how according to hisense I own rats that I can tell to eat properties. When I went to the shop the useless manager told me that the technicians are freelancers that is why I must pay them. I ended up having to fix the machine myself because I bought it for my parents who are elderly and needed the machine. But ever since the machine has been giving them problems after the other. I ended taking the machine to Johannesburg were I stay with the hope to get a better technician. I am stuck with a machine that is not working were as I paid a lot of money for it and I don't even owe the a cent. I have been spending a lot of money on this trying to have it fixed in vain, now I have to be paying a person to do washing for my parents whereas I bought a washing machine.
