Ridiculous

Bought a Hisense frontloader. Only 1 cycle indicates the cycle time. The booklet has no info on it either. Contacted Hisense and apparently this info is classified. We will have to use each setting and write down the cycle times next to it in the manual!! Was planning on buying a Fridge and Dishwasher but after this experience, we'll stay far away
