Review and complaint about my Hisense U962

I bought a Hisense U962 three months ago and I have been having problems with it. Within a few days of purchase it was already crashing and had storage issues. Even though I purchased an SD card it still crashes and I can't change my default storage settings to SD card. I tried going to their website for help but that too crashes and I contacted them and still three months later I still am struggling. I am very disappointed and unhappy about my phone
