Replacement Parts, Poor Service Read this before you buy

I was looking for a T-con replacement board for my Hisense Tv, since it is out of warranty, however it seems impossible to get a quotation, i was advised by client care department to include addresses and details so they send a email for that info first, i provided a picture and the actual part number, they said they don't work with that and wanted the model number, it's been 4 days so far and now they require the serial number, guys do yourself a favor, if you'll already own one, look at Aliexpress for replacement parts, you can search with the actual board number, or Secondly don't buy the Hisense TV in the first place. don't look for reviews do justify your purchase, just don't waste your time. Client Service is key with any product. I moved away from Samsung TVs because of reliability, now Hisense Service is terrible. Trust user reviews more then warranty, cause warranty is worthless if it is not honored and efficient.
