Repairs a nightmare
I've got a Hisense washer dryer combo. Not a cheap machine. The machine have been giving problems. You can't do a drum clean, the thing leaks out the front like crazy. Reported as the machine is still under guarantee, and the guy that came out didn't know why the machine leaks like that. No it's giving a F17 error and can't use the dryer function. Reported it, and just gotten an sms saying the ticket has been canceled. No explanation, nobody phoning me, after I was told the repair has been scheduled and received a ticket number. Wouldn't recommend people buying this as there is no after service!

I was phoned to arrange the collection of the machine. I informed Aneziwe Mbucane at the service team that machine was collected on the 9th of April. Day 3 with no credit (credit reference number: *****) and no machine. No response or communication as to when the credit will become available to get the replacement machine because there is no repair service in the Northern Cape.
