Even this 1 star you don't deserve it, I've been waiting for my tv to be fixed the whole of December then I got the call that I must take the tv the shop because there are no spares ill be credited another tv after a week of no respond I decided to make a follow up call then boom they tell me they have the spares so the technician must order them,mind you that I don't even who the technician is and don't even have thier numbers and I also wonder that if I didn't call when will I know that the technician must order thoss backlights. I'm frustrated the thought that I'm gonna wait another month without a tv..
