Repair Request Disaster
If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely shocking poor service on faulty TV repair request (Ref *** or ***). Waiting for 4 days just to get a call from a repair agent to come out. Every time I phone call center they tell me a different story on turnaround time. I sent them ALL the info (address, invoice etc.) then the lady has the audacity to ask whether I am in Joburg or Cape Town.
