Repair

Bought a Hisense Fridge freezer two years ago. It just stopped working and was reported to Hi-Fi Corp Gaborone Botswana on Monday the 16th March 2015. They were going to contact the technician to call me and make appointment for repair. Till now no call or any communication. I am not impressed as I am sitting with no refrigerator for a week now.<br> I called Hisense SA on Tuesday 17th March 2015 and the lady that answered at the call centre said she would follow up with HiFi as she could not see a call logged for my repair. I gave her all my details and still no response. I even logged 2 complaints on the internet page for Hisense.<br> Seems to me they are just interested in the sale of their product and to hell with after sale service.<br> I will never ever advice or recommend anyone to ever purchase a Hisense product or ever to purchase from HiFi ever. I will certainly not ever put myself in this situation again.
