REGRET PURCHASE OF HISENSE FRIDGES

My wife and I are retired. We were so pleased with the extended warranty offered by Hisense on their fridges that we purchased two at the same time. These have a freezer section at bottom half. I now feel frustrated after the many times that I had to disconnect and remove the ice that builds up in the freezer section. This is tiresome and wasteful. On the first occasion the technician advised that a "drain pipe" must be kept clear. We ensured that this was clear at all times. The icing continued. He then returned and advised that he needed to order new seals for the doors. After a few weeks he returned and these were installed. The icing of the fridge section persists and NOW we feel so frustrated that we regret this purchase. We have advised our children not to ever purchase a Hisense product.
