Reference 878085. Poor bad and unfriendly service

Don't buy Hisense products. They don't make sense because the company offers you a 4 year warranty but when the product becomes defective they quick to tell you certain things are covered under warranty and some like plastic hindes on the poor quality door are not. Had a rude encounter with Lucinda one of Hisense service consultants. After me putting a review on Hello Peter. I get the same poor service and response.
