Re: Rusted racks on Hisense Dishwasher

Good day, We bought a Hisense dishwasher early last year, less than a year old and all our racks have rusted. How can a dishwasher racks rust so easily?? Logged a query for repair and now we are told we need to pay for new racks. For a product that's supposed to withstand constant exposure to water, I expected much better quality and durability. Your customer service gave feedback and sent us a quote yesterday. Why do we need to pay for new racks if this is a factory fault on your side?
