I shared a bad review re our Hisense dishwasher where our racks started rusting less than a year, i got a response to say that this will be investigated and Hisense will come back to me. I have had no further response. Your service is shocking! I will be taking this up with the ombudsman

Yes you did respond, but was told we need to pay for this? Please advise? This is a fault on your product that causes your racks to rust.
