RATING MINUS 10: Shocking Customer service!!!!

Im writing this email in complete and utter frustration that my faulty dishwasher issue has not been sorted. There's been two technications, with each coming out to my place 4 times (each), they've inspected and determined that a faulty lock is the issue. They've replaced the lock with a new lock and the dishwasher is still not completing washer cycles with the door contstantly popping open. The last techincian declared that the machine is unrepairable and needs to to be replaced. There has been no update or follow up from the customer department, as i have been phoning weekly with no success. I am at my witsend. My dishwasher is still under warrantee and i either want the credit to buy another dishwaser or a replacement. This is pathetic customer service, and has left such a bad taste in my mouth.
