R8000 fridge stops workingafter 2mnthwaitingrepair

What is happening about my problem I am sick and tired of being given the run around from everyone at hisense. My fridge has not been working since 1 April 2015 and this is ridiculous the technician has been here more than 4 times they do something then it works for a few days then it's off again. The last technician was here on Friday 05 June at 13 h30 don't know what he did he said it was suppose to get cool but it never ever got cool I called him on Saturday to tell him that since then no response I called waleed on Monday 8 June he said there is nothing more they can do to fix the problem so he has to write a report stating that and since then he has not been answering my calls I called wardah yesterday 10 June no response so for more than 2 months I must do without a fridge
