Promise of Warranty

I bought a 720/lt Hisense french door Fridge from Makro Silverlakes Feb 2015 R12999. Bought it as it comes with a 5 year warranty. Feb 2016 there is a problem with the doors . Tecnician comes looks tells me it needs grease and will only be able to grease it 2 weeks later as he does not have grease with him. 2 weeks later comes to grease realises the doors dont need grease but is in fact broken. May 2016 tells me they will credit the fridge can no replace it as new fridge cost R14999. Sam model but now have to pay R2000 more for fridge . Not my problem fridge doors broke
