Promise not kept

Firstly I don't even no where too start.. Right got a call from one of there's technicians to ask when they can collect my tv.. Told Friday I can't I'm not home they can come the Saturday early. Fine we agree on a time at 9am. Waited for alroy on Saturday he didn't even pitch. Or even the audacity to tell me listen I won't be coming i waited until 1 pm for them nothing.. Right call in Monday highly upset eventually came leeroy after 6pm on the Monday.. Rec a sms the same Thursday to say my deal is closed well I asked leeroy long is it ganna take no I will personally come drop it the following Monday... Guess wat it's 2 weeks later and still nothing.. Well called last week leeroy is ganna call me one of the call to set uptime to come from my tv. center agents advised.. Well I'm still waiting on leeroy too call since Friday .. Called Monday again the 7th of March.. Well leeroy advised the agent he's collecting the TV from the wearhouse today.. And it's being dropped to day... Guess what. No TV.... I really didn't think Hisense will be so unprofessional and I will never ever buy anything from. Them again horrible service really...
