Products not worth it! Worst Customer Service!

The Agent hung up on me while I was still explaining myself! Bought a front loader machine and in less than a year the machine leaks from the bottom. Just to be told it is customer negligence. Does one go underneath a machine to burst a hole there?

I'm done with Hisence products. I've used my Samsung top loader machines for 8 years without ever having any issues.

Had a very doggy experience even with my repair log. I initially get told my part has been ordered but this is while receiving a quote from the technician. Why order a part without consulting if I have to pay for it ?
