Previous Hisense TV was a demo model I bought

Previous Hisense TV was a demo model I bought.It give me a problem within in month,after I inform the salesman about the problem they contact Hisense customer care.Within a day or two they send a technician out which inform me TV could not be repaired.Unfortunate Hisense could not replaced the TV because the model was out of stock ,so refund me the full amount.So I waited and bought me the new model which I'm wery happy with.
