Poor workmanship and bad quality of goods

So I loaded a complaint about two weeks ago for hisense and their poor workmanship and quality of their goods and no-one responsed to the complaint on hellopeter, however they responded to the email I sent on their customer service email address, they sent a technician out two days ago and this is the second time that the technicians have been out here to basically fix the same problem as the first time they came out, today I switch on my washing machine thinking that the problem has been sorted and to my surprise the machine is still making the same squeeky sound that it has been making since both times that the techs came to fix the problem, firstly how many more times are the twchs going to have to come out to fix the same problem and how many more times do I have to write this same story. I am deeply dissapointed and disgusted at the poor workmanship and quality of hisense brands. Such a renowned brand name whose quality of goods are as bad as buying stuff from a flea market or second hand brands, it makes me sick to my stomach that they just can't get the problem resolved.VERY UNHAPPY DISGUSTED CUSTOMER...
