Poor TV quality
The quality of 75inch tv is so questionable, 4K QLed , despite handling it with care, the screen somehow cracked and Hisense is not responding to queries. I cannot even watch the TV, because the screen is showing lines. It started with vertical ones, now it's both vertical and horizontal lines.. Bought 20 Dec.

15 Jan 2026, 11:13If the issue is deemed to be handling-related, customers should be clearly warned in advance that Hisense Smart TVs are extremely sensitive and require exceptional care, as even minimal pressure may cause internal screen damage. This information should be disclosed before purchase or collection.
Additionally, allowing self-collection for large Hisense TVs is concerning, especially when other brands restrict such items to store-managed delivery.
I trust that this matter will be reviewed fairly and look forward to a positive resolution following the technicians’ report.
