Poor Service Technicians

Not happy about a technician that came to fix our washing machine. He left it dirty and in worse condition than it was before. Now we can't even used the machine. What's worse that I was instructed to take a video, send via ***, which I did but still I didn't get any response from the lady. I had to call in again. Ntombifuthi was kind enough to assist in logging the complaint and the call. Ntombi can get 5 stars for her excellent service and the rest of the KZN team can get zero.
