Poor service Hisense!

My 50 inch Hisense smart TV needs repair. I called the *** customer help line/call centre, and wasted 13 minutes of my airtime listening to an answering machine's music, waiting for someone to answer??!! 13 minutes!! This is POOR customer service Hisense!
