Poor service from both MTN and HISENSE

I recently upgraded my cellphone thru MTN the Glen I purchased a hisense phone where on the contract u will receive a hisense soundbar which is part of the contract ,well it's been 3months now and still no soundbar keep on getting told hisense don't have stock 3months REALLY poor service from both MTN and Hisense So I ask myself should I cancel the my contract due to bridge of contract don't make promises u can't keep
