Poor service

I'm writing on behalf of my parents, they bought a Hisense fridge in 2019 at Bradlows, the light was on inside and after 30 minutes it turned off and after that it didn't light again.They went to Bradlows and they transferred them to Hisense.The Hisense technicians have been coming here since 2019 but still it turns on and off and now they want new fridge.
