poor service delivery

i bought a fridge from OK furnitures pinetown in october 2020, unfortunately the fridge was over freezing both bottom and top when i reported this at the shop the sales lady informed me to drop the temperature to 3 of which i did but the problem continued hence now my top freezer drawer is broken after attempting to open. hisense technicians were informed and someone came to our home and switched off the fridge poured hot water and told us to switch the fridge back after some hours. this was done but the problem persisted i then called hisense head office to report this and i was told a technician will be sent up till today no technician has arrived my fridge is still super freezing at the bottom and food goes off on top fridge. hisense service is very poor, their phones are not answered and promises are not kept.
