Poor Service

I took my TV to the walk in centre in bedfordview JHB on the 21st January 2023 and was told it would take 7 to 10days to repair and to wait for 3 sms's and the Gentlemen called Kleinbooi said he will call me when my TV is repaired. I only received 2 sms's thus far and its 10 days already. I tried to call all 3 numbers (010..., 021....., 0860) but i have to hold on for more than 15min then the call cuts so i cant even follow up on my repair. This is rather poor service.
