Poor service and washing machine
Bad service . I bought a washing machine which gave me problems within 3 months and it’s still under warranty. I have contacted Hisense and reference numbers was (Service Repair Request Order ***) but nothing has happened . I will never buy a Hisense brand

I wrote a public review on 25 April 2025 . Till today 10 May 2025, I am still waiting for a call from Hisense? ( ***) . The machine was bought in South Africa via Takealot . That is information you must be having not requesting from me as I provided a serial number for the machine when the first order was initiated following proper email procedures.
I am in South Africa and the machine is in South Africa Pretoria Greencreek Riverwalk Lifestyle Estate ( Balwin Properties ) . I am available 24/7 and waiting for Hisense and its *********** team . I have been patiently waiting for a call from Hisense however my patience and kindness is being tested at the highest level at this point as I provided my phone numbers and/or email . In addition I provided alternative phone numbers and email ( *** / *** ) on 25 April 2015 and no attempt has been made to contact me and resolve this matter urgently .
The machine has been standing for 4 months consecutive months and it now warrants that I not only write a public review but perhaps consider an ombudsman and legal route which Hisense will pay the costs thereof.
