Poor service and reap off

I reported a Faulty washing machine and I bought 2021 and had an incident report that I didn't remove the foam underneath the washing machine was faulty the tech that fix it reported it as neglect and we didn't know now they say we have forfeited the warranty a whole 4yrs warranty how is that possible I'm so ****ed because since then we never reported the washing machine till now since it doesn't want to wash n spin I'm going to put the word out there no one should buy hisense because this reflection show that they don't know how to service their clients they just reaping people off because they want money now they say we will be charged while we were paying for that warranty please check with hi-fi corporation Clearwater because we paid an extended period of the warranty can this be sorted out ASAP because you guys don't even respond to us until we call you back it's been 3 weeks now going back and forth with this I need my washing machine sorted I have kids and the laundry needs to be done my ref is *** or *** I need this sorted and a tech to come out and sort this I'm no longer going to buy hisense because it's a reap off
