Poor service

I bought spare part(HIS346799) for my hisense TV on 21 November 2021 till today no feedback from Lushay Hector (representative) nor part delivery. Everytime when I contact customer service they tell me that my issue is being escalated to her and she'll attend to it asap. Approaching a month without any feedback from her nor part delivery as promised.
