Poor Service

I bought a Twin tub washing machine from.Russels at Sun Village,Sun City, Northwest. The machine worked for 8 months and it started to have problems. I reported it to Russels and they locked a call with Hisense. They then send their Technician who came to fix the machine 3 times and the machine was still leaking from the drum. They then took the machine to their workshop the machine came back with the same problem. All these was reported to the shop. For the 5th time came another technician with a pipe and shoe glue. They then took the machine till today no word from Hisense. Russels tried to tell them that i dont want that machine,it's either they give me a new machine or my money back. I even told them the same. I started complaining from June till to date nothing happened.
